Refund policy
Returns
Returns may be completed up to 14 days from the date the order was delivered. Returns are not permitted after the 14 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after order date due to shipping delay
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be submitted to your credit card or original method of payment, the post date will be subject to the banking institution that you use.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first contact your bank or credit card company to inquire if the funds are pending. Refunds processed on our end may take several days to post to your bank account.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@heathercampinsjewelry.com. Please include your name, order number, and product purchased.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the nature of our custom jewelry, we can only replace items if they were defective or damaged prior to receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@heathercampinsjewelry.com and we will provide shipping instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/code will be mailed or e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us at service@heathercampinsjewelry.com and we will provide shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for shipments that we do not receive.
