Shipping policy

At Heather Campins Jewelry, our mission is to provide beautiful, quality jewelry, gemstones and materials that are ethically sourced at a affordable pricing so that you can design jewelry that you love! 

Orders are processed as quickly as possible for you. Estimated delivery times are made of two parts:

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped upon completion of the customization of your items (typically UPS, DHL, USPS or FedEx) process the orders, process and pack the items for delivery typically takes 2-5 days. Customization is usually about 14 - 21 days. Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 2 business days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our offices to the destination. After Processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive at their destination. International delivery usually takes about 15 - 30 business days.
